He functions in the role of chief software architect for Raytheon IIS, Custom Engineering and Depot Support (CEDS), at Indianapolis. He is the inventor of Secure Coding Frameworks (SCF) using Cybersecurity through Lexical and Symbolic Proxy (CLaSP) and the author of the Java Secure Coding Framework (JSCF).
